Position: Senior Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years

Location: Greater Noida

What We're Looking For:

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential real estate sales

· Strong channel partner network and broker relations in the NCR region

· Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly & quarterly sales targets

· In-depth understanding of Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Hands-on experience in conducting client meetings, site visits, and deal closures

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined professional with a growth mindset

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects

· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and direct clients

· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client follow-ups

· Drive sales closures and achieve individual revenue targets

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

· Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and events

· Maintain accurate sales reports and client data in the CRM system

· Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral sales
