REPORTING TO:
Sr. Manager, Marketing and Business Development
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Drive the investment promotion and business development of the Company as per its business objectives and strategies
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Investment Promotion
- Assist in the developing strategy and action plan to facilitate identification of potential investors, who may be approached to consider Gopalpur Industrial Park as a destination for investment.
- Keep management updated about the latest rules and regulations related to any investment / ease of doing business.
- Identify the target sectors based on the latest news and strategize attracting investors from the target sectors.
- Develop customized presentation dedicated to a target sector outlining the unique offerings of the Industrial Park.
- Develop presentations with relevant market research inputs to facilitate the management to present in various seminars and road shows.
2.Business Development
- Assisting in the Developing and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Assist in Exploring alternate business opportunities for the company in line with the guidelines
- Collaborate and maintain good relationship with Govt. bodies / industry forums for sourcing leads / event participation.
- Identify and report to Management any point of concern highlighted by Govt. bodies / industry forums.
- Facilitate projects of the Company requiring Government intervention.
- Facilitate statutory / other approvals from concerned authorities at State and Centre.
- Responsible for formulating and finalizing commercial agreements with investors in discussion with all concerned dept including legal.
3.Participation in Events
- Identify suitable events, exhibitions and road shows for the Company's participation.
- Facilitate / Collaborate / Coordinate with concerned Govt. bodies / industry forums in promoting the Industrial Park and sharing a platform to showcase the offerings.
- Actively involve in all investor's meet organized by the Government.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Desired Experience:
3+ Years - Degree in Engineering or equivalent followed by MBA (preferably in Marketing)
- Work experience in Investment Promotion, engagement with Government, Industrial Park / SEZ / real estate, Industry Forum(s), similar roles would be preferred.
Key Skills :
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills : Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Effectiveness, Influencing Skills, Integrity, Achievement Orientation & Professional Excellence.
- Knowledge of statutory rules and regulations for setting up an industry.
