Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Zonal Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
to oversee and expand our business operations in the
South India Zone
, covering:
- Bangalore
- Mangalore
- Hyderabad
- Chennai
- Tirupur
The successful candidate will lead sales strategy development, manage key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance, motivation, and professional growth
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze sales data to measure performance and recommend actionable improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Sound Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or similar industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
