Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Zonal Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
to oversee and expand our business operations in the
South India Zone
, covering:

  • Bangalore
  • Mangalore
  • Hyderabad
  • Chennai
  • Tirupur

The successful candidate will lead sales strategy development, manage key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance, motivation, and professional growth
  • Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance and recommend actionable improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Sound Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or similar industries is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
