Position 1: Customer Sales & Support Executive (0–2 years)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Explain services, pricing, and process to customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or similar.
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Position 2: Manager – Customer Sales & Support (2+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales & support team.
- Monitor performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve efficiently.
- Provide training and feedback to team members.
- Prepare performance and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi.
- Ability to manage a remote team.
