Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with new clients, driving sales, and meeting targets. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations on products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate will also provide after-sales support, address client inquiries, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in planning, goal-setting, and time management to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions, preferably solar energy inverters, is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the solar energy industry or similar domains is advantageous.
