Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach sellers using the free version through database and field visits.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand seller needs and present the benefits of paid membership.
  • Sales Conversion: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos to encourage upgrades to paid plans.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain systematic follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on seller pain points and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

  • Strong B2B sales acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and mobile sales tools

Qualifications

  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid documents
  • 1-3 years of field sales experience preferred
