Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurugram, and Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales visits and presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing regular updates on market trends and client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and identify Business Opportunities
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Experience with Account Management and Client Retention
  • Problem-Solving skills and the ability to manage time independently
  • Prior experience in Facility Management or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
