Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting product offerings, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
daily field visits
to potential customers at their residences across
Bangalore and nearby areas
. - Present and demonstrate our
automation products
, clearly explaining features, benefits, and value propositions. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned
sales targets
. - Provide timely feedback to the management team on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate and regular
sales reports
and customer visit logs. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
in any discipline (mandatory). - Minimum 1 year of field sales experience
is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel
extensively across Bangalore and surrounding areas
(daily travel required). - A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets is a plus.
