Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Automation Industry (Door & Roof Automation)

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling Door Automation and Roof Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and offering customized automation solutions to meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Visit clients on-site to demonstrate automation products (e.g., automatic sliding doors, sectional doors, retractable roofs, skylight automation, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, facility managers, and end customers.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and advice to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the installation and after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in automation, building materials, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of automation products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling door automation, roof automation, gate/barrier automation, or similar products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
