Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in the internet service provider (fibernet) sector. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products and services. The role requires traveling within a designated area to engage with customers and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales activities and build a strong customer base within the assigned locations.
- Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the company's fibernet products and services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the internet service provider (fibernet) sector.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within a 15-20 km radius daily.
- Male candidates only.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years.
- Experience documents from the last company are mandatory.
- Candidates must be proficient in Kannada (both spoken and written).
