Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Field Sales Executive
to support our sales team by providing pre-sales assistance, conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented with a strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales or field sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Visit potential clients to understand their requirements and pitch appropriate solutions.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and customized solutions.
Educate clients on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Follow up with prospects post-meeting to answer queries and move the sales cycle forward.
Sales and negotiation skills
Customer relationship management and account management experience
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in the premium accessories industry is a plus
Salary: up to 8LPA
