Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible
Field Sales Executive
to manage both on-field sales operations and warehouse activities. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, managing inventory, and overseeing the setup and functioning of a new office and warehouse at the location. This is a hands-on role requiring strong field experience, warehouse knowledge, and operational coordination to ensure smooth and efficient business execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new clients and distributors.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through regular field visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in local promotions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
- Perform regular stock audits and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues effectively and promptly.
- Supervise warehouse staff (if applicable) and enforce compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory movement.
- Conduct regular market visits within the assigned territory to maintain visibility.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
- Lead and support the setup of a new office and warehouse at the assigned location, ensuring smooth infrastructure, operations, and team alignment.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
- 4–5 years of experience in field sales with warehouse handling responsibilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Proficient in Excel and report maintenance
- Willingness to travel extensively (Traveling Allowance will be provided)
