We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Madurai region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and continuously reporting field activities to the Bangalore head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients and prospects on a daily basis to promote and sell company products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Submit daily/weekly field sales reports to the head office in Bangalore.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, payment collection, and customer support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, around 5 years experience (preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Languages Known: Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam (mandatory).
  • Good reporting and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Email).

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: 30,000 per month
  • Travel Allowances: Reimbursed as per company policy

Work Mode

  • Field-based role with continuous travel and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile : Good communication skills , Field Sales knowledge is compulsory.
