Role Overview

Engage with potential clients through calls and chats to generate nutrition program sales. Assess individual health goals and concerns to recommend suitable diet plans, ensuring a personalized and science-based approach. Additionally, contribute to content creation, product development, and client engagement to support the brand's growth and credibility in the nutrition space.

Key Functional Areas

  1. Sales in Nutrition (Counseling, Conversions & Revenue Growth)

  2. Interact with potential leads via
    calls, chats, or app interfaces
    , understanding their health goals and challenges.

  3. Assess individual needs and recommend the most suitable
    diet and nutrition programs
    .
  4. Educate and counsel clients on program features, benefits, and expected outcomes.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into paying clients using a consultative, needs-based approach.
  6. Drive
    revenue growth
    by optimizing conversion rates and maximizing client retention.
  7. Maintain
    high-quality engagement
    with leads and clients, ensuring positive experiences and long-term relationships.
  8. Adhere to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for response time, conversion quality, and client satisfaction metrics.

  1. Content Development (Social Media & Website)

  2. Create
    engaging and informative content
    based on nutritional science to drive awareness and client education.

  3. Collaborate with the
    marketing team
    to design campaigns that inspire healthy lifestyle changes.
  4. Respond promptly to potential client inquiries across digital platforms to maintain consistent communication and engagement.

  1. Product: Research, Development & Execution

  2. Support innovation in
    nutrition program design
    , new product features, and wellness tools.

  3. Collaborate on
    program conceptualization
    , ingredient research, protocol structuring, and testing.
  4. Stay informed on
    latest nutrition trends, emerging research, and competitor strategies
    to ensure product relevance.
