About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and drive client acquisition across India. This leadership role is ideal for someone with startup experience, proven expertise in IT services sales, and a strong track record in building and scaling business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BD/Sales team with clear KPIs.
- Client Acquisition: Drive lead generation and acquire new clients for Website & Mobile App Development projects.
- Sales Strategy: Define and execute GTM strategies for PAN India markets.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Revenue & Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 to15 years of proven experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
- Minimum 5+ years in leading and managing BD/Sales teams with measurable success.
- Strong expertise in selling Website & Mobile App Development services.
- Startup experience is mandatory ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Solid understanding of PAN India market dynamics and strong professional network.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
