Role Overview :

The Director of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and executing sales

strategies and establishing strong client relationships. This leadership position plays a critical

role in positioning the company in the market, scaling revenues, and ensuring long-term

business success.

Here's what an ordinary day might look like

 Strategy & Planning

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

o Identify the total addressable market(TAM), new business opportunities and growth

segments.

o Collaborate with leadership to align sales plans with overall business objectives.

o Do rigorous research on companies and build an effective sales pipeline

 Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are

prospecting.

 Working closely with internal teams like pre-sales, solutioning, marketing, sales and put

together a winning account plan & broader strategy

 Represent the brand MoveInSync and participate in formal events

 Travel when needed

You're gonna need this to carry out your job

 7-10 years of work experience in enterprise sales roles, selling to large accounts

 A bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification

 Hunter mindset, Business acumen and solutioning skills, Creating compelling sales pitches

 Have clear, concise, and great written and oral communication skills (Oratory skills will be a

delighter)

 Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely

manner

  •  Be a great team player and self-motivator.
