We're Hiring: Back Office Executive (Business Development Executive) – Kolkata
Location: Kolkata, India
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Tech preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Back Office Executive (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inside sales activities, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between OEMs, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside sales support and lead nurturing
Collaborating with OEMs and clients for business opportunities
Handling the complete PR to PO process (Quotation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order)
Maintaining and updating data & records accurately
Conducting manufacturer and market research to identify new prospects
Preparing quotations and managing follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, back office operations, or business development
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage data and multitask effectively
Graduate degree (B.Tech preferred for technical understanding)
