Key duties include handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback, scheduling service appointments, following up after service, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Service Management: Inform customers about maintenance schedules, costs, and vehicle issues, and ensure they receive timely and quality service.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing customers and reach out to potential new clients.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention programs and strategies to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and according to company guidelines.
  • Follow-Up: Coordinate and conduct post-service follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed customer records and a case history of complaints for future reference.
