We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing customer relationships within the construction or building materials industry, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs, address queries, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Execution, Accounts) to ensure smooth project flow and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, feedback, and project updates.
  • Manage customer follow-ups, appointments, and documentation as required.
  • Prepare and share project status reports with clients.
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Support the sales and operations teams in improving customer experience.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in construction, real estate, interiors, or building materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
