Job Description – Business Development Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in target markets such as SMEs, startups, educational institutions, and e-commerce brands.
Generate new business leads through outreach—email, calls, LinkedIn, networking, and relationship building.
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, pitch services, understand requirements, and close deals.
Understand client requirements and pitch the right digital marketing solutions, including:
Social Media Marketing
Performance Marketing
SEO
Website Development
Brand Strategy
Content Marketing
Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Maintain and track sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business targets.
Build strong professional relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing).
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and current industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about growth.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
