Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Generating leads and identifying potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Preparing quotations and proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company
  • Managing and developing a sales team to drive performance and achieve targets
  • Planning sales strategies to maximize business opportunities
  • Overseeing sales operations and ensuring smooth functioning
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Conducting market analysis and staying updated on industry trends and competition
  • Meeting with architects, builders, dealers, and door manufacturers to promote our products
  • Visiting builders sites and understanding their requirements
  • Preferred knowledge of hardware, specifically handles and locks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Basic knowledge of Excel to maintain sales records and reports
  • Minimum travel of 15 days in a month, as the role requires frequent client interactions and site visits
  • This is a full-time and permanent job

  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or related roles is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Female candidate can also preferred
