We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate who can help drive patient acquisition and brand growth through proactive communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective leads generated via marketing/social media/website.
  • Explain Pravaayu's treatment offerings & wellness packages to potential clients.
  • Engage with enquiries, understand health concerns, and schedule consultations/clinic visits.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and maintain strong relationship-building.
  • Maintain database of leads, enquiries, and conversions through CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate between patients & clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment flow.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships & referral channels.
  • Work closely with marketing & operations to support campaigns and business growth.
  • Achieve monthly business development & revenue targets.
  • Support in offline/online events, collaborations, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in business development / telecalling / sales (healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Marathi.
  • Confident in outbound calling and handling customer queries.
  • Strong negotiation & follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build trust & long-term relationships with patients.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong work discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
