Job Description

We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Associate – IT Sales
to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about solution-based selling in the IT and technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and propose IT hardware, cloud, and managed support solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and IT market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    0–2 years in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition (experience in IT sales is a plus).

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, and managed services (training provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
