Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, presenting product features and benefits, and negotiating contracts. The role involves regular interactions with various stakeholders in gated communities to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Additionally, the Business Sales Executive will be required to meet sales targets and provide after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to present product features and benefits effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
