Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention skills
- Strong Negotiation and Contract Management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the education or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
