Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at OnGrid, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, demonstrating the benefits of OnGrid's platform, and persuading clients to utilize the platform for their verification needs. The role includes conducting market research, developing sales strategies, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and reporting sales progress to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Understanding of digital trust technologies and compliance requirements is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in the technology or digital platform industry is advantageous
