Position: Corporate Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (Primary) | Willingness to travel to other metros (Mumbai, Bangalore,

Hyderabad, Chennai)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (fixed) + performance-based incentives (OTE ₹50,000– ₹60,000 per month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients across industries.
  • Connect with HR decision-makers and Founders via LinkedIn, cold calls, and in-person
  • meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, client meetings, proposal follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at client offices, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
