Job Title: Business Development Executive
Work Location: Gurugram
Experience: 2–4 Years (Preferred in IT Solutions / Cloud / SaaS Sales)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales within the IT or Cloud domain and possess excellent client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outreach and client/OEM visits.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and schedule solution presentations.
- Understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams for demos/POCs.
- Negotiate contracts and drive sales closures.
- Plan marketing initiatives and track competitor/industry trends.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on IT, Cloud, Enterprise or SaaS offerings.
- Proactively engage in field visits and client meetings to drive business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
