Junior Recruiter

to support our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system. Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor laws. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities. Requirements: Experience:

6 months to 2 years in US staffing or recruitment. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring practices (preferred).
