About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Recruitment Director to lead and scale our international talent acquisition efforts, with a strong focus on hiring consultants for the US and UK regions. This role will be pivotal in aligning recruitment strategies with business goals, managing a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process to support global delivery needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers responsible for international hiring (US & UK regions). Set performance goals, provide regular coaching, and drive accountability across the recruitment function.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
Partner with business and delivery leaders to understand workforce needs, create recruitment strategies that align with current and future business growth, and forecast talent demand effectively.
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for consulting roles across geographies, ensuring quality and speed.
Delivery & Execution Oversight:
Work closely with the delivery teams to align resource planning and ensure timely ramp-up of consultants for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the key liaison with internal business heads, delivery managers, and client stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic hiring support.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and technologies. Ensure adherence to recruitment compliance standards, especially for international hiring.
Market Intelligence & Employer Branding:
Leverage market research to stay ahead of hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity. Champion the company's employer brand in target regions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a global or international hiring leadership role.
Proven experience managing recruitment teams across geographies, particularly focused on the US and UK consulting markets.
Strong understanding of delivery operations in a consulting or professional services environment.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to influence at the leadership level.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive results.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), and recruitment analytics.
Experience with high-volume recruitment and global mobility is a plus.
