Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Recruiter Intern role located in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to understand their hiring needs, managing job postings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment skills: Candidate sourcing, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews
  • Administrative skills: Managing job postings and maintaining candidate databases
  • Communication skills: Coordinating with different departments and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Interpersonal skills: Building relationships with candidates and team members
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the film and video industry is a plus
  • Holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
