Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified and suitable candidates while maintaining a positive employer brand image.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection
- Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions for various departments.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics.
Onboarding and Documentation
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment
- Support HR in developing recruitment campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and placement cells for campus hiring.
HR Coordination and Reporting
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth joining and departmental handovers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using online tools and social platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases or ATS systems.

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
