The Mulund/Bhandup facility operates a large pet and stray animal hospital, providing treatment, sterilization, vaccination, and rescue services. Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced HR Recruiters to handle blue-collar and bulk recruitment across our operations. Both male and female candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage bulk hiring drives for roles such as Security, Housekeeping, Delivery, and other support staff.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and build strong relationships with candidates.
  • Use job portals, social media, and referrals to attract candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar bulk hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring positions and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Monday–Friday work schedule, Saturday & Sunday fixed off.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
