We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and help us find and hire top tech talent — from AI engineers and developers to data scientists and product designers.

Role Overview

As an HR Intern (Technical Hiring), you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment process. You'll source candidates, screen profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

This is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment for AI and tech roles in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions for tech positions
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
  • Communicate professionally with applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Support onboarding activities and HR documentation

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in tech recruitment (AI, software, data roles)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, etc.)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn startup hiring dynamics
