US IT Recruiter

Bizoforce is looking for dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiters with a solid background in India Domestic IT hiring. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri East, Mumbai, working in the UK Shift. We are also hiring a Senior Recruiter to manage both recruitment and a team of recruiters.
Candidates must be proactive, energetic, and ready to contribute individually or as team leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT requirements
* Handle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and closures
* Maintain a strong and relevant candidate pipeline
* Work independently and own assigned mandates
* For Senior Recruiter:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters
* Monitor performance and help the team meet hiring targets
* Share regular reports and updates with management
Required Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (India Domestic IT hiring is a must)
* Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High levels of ownership, energy, and accountability
* For Senior Recruiter:
* Proven experience in managing a recruitment team
* Leadership and team management capabilities.
