EyeROV was founded in 2016 by IIT Alumnus Johns T Mathai (IIT Delhi) and Kannappa Palaniappan P (IIT Madras). The company has won numerous awards including National Startup Award 2021 by TDB, Department of Science & Technology, Best Tech Design Award in 2020 by IAMAI (Internet & Mobile Association of India), Selected as one of the Top 6 Startup of the year Indy woods Billionaires Club, Top 8 Industrial Start-up of India from IIGP 2018 organized by Lockheed Martin, MIT, TATA Trust, IIMA and DST and has represented India in USA and Japan for various startup events.
Location: Remote (India/GCC)
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Responsible for achieving the organizations global sales targets
- Market research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships in international markets.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with international distributors, agents, and other key players in the industry.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- To work with Hydro, Power, Water, Oil & Gas for sales of EyeROV products and solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization
- Creation of techno-commercial proposal for clients, tenders, and other projects
- Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships
- Reports Directly to the CEO
Skills:
- Strong understanding of international markets and business practices.
- Proficiency in CRM
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Active listening skills, highly consultative, and solution-oriented
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product requirements
- Ability to speak fluently in English
Added Advantage
- Candidates who have worked in ROV or similar product offerings
- Candidates who have worked in Dams, Bridges, Marine, Shipping, or the Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience
- 5 - 15 years of relevant experience in Sales.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree
- Should have done B2B technical sales
