Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Overlay Coating (Polyurethane & Epoxy Coating)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with expertise
in Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coatings on concrete surfaces. This hybrid role
requires both sales generation and technical execution oversight. The Technical
Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new projects, building contractor/client
relationships, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring high standards of
quality and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong contractor and
client networks, and proven ability to manage both sales targets and technical project
execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales in the assigned city, achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and
institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to maintain a
competitive edge.
Technical & Project Execution
Oversee and manage technical aspects of polyurethane and epoxy coating
projects.
Coordinate manpower and contractors to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry best practices, and client specifications. Prepare and present project and sales reports to management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Polyurethane & Epoxy floor coatings. Strong sales background with ability to close deals independently. Well-established contractor and client network in Bangalore/nearby industrial clusters. Strong technical knowledge of coating materials, application techniques, and project handling. Proven ability to balance sales targets with technical execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Relevant technical certifications in coatings will be an advantage.
Conduct site visits for technical inspections, material approvals, and client
updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution

Pay: ₹75, ₹100,000.00 per month
