Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, presenting suitable automation solutions, and bridging the gap between technical capabilities and sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support for proposals, assisting the sales team with engineering insights, and developing customized solutions for client needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively.
- Experience in Technical Support, ensuring client issues and queries are addressed with efficiency.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Proven knowledge of Sales and business development strategies, with an understanding of market analysis and client management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Experience in industrial automation and robotics is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related technical fields preferred.
