Role Overview:

We at iTechnolabs are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in direct sales of mobile and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
  • Pitch and sell mobile and web-based application solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, delivery) for seamless project execution.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in IT/software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web application solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business growth.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to international markets.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or custom software development sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
