This role is criticalin building and maintaining strong, long -lasting customer relationships while identifyingcurrent market trends and consumer behaviors. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.Set, monitor, and report on sales goals and performance metrics.Lead the sales team through the entire sales process, from planning to closing.Collaborate with internal teams to align on business strategies and initiatives.Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (minimum 20%). RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of experience managing sales in a corporate environment.Proven track record of success throughout the entire sales cycle.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong leadership abilities with experience in motivating and guiding teams.Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.Experience in the machining industry, specifically in Oil and Gas, with at least 3 years in Aerospace.
