Ø Responsibilitieso Receive leads from Presales Team on daily basiso Handling Sales at site office for a particular site or Projecto Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect dealo Regular sales calls and follow ups / update leads received and enter in CRMo Reporting to Sales Manager on daily Sales activities / Improvement areas/ Key client issueso Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E -mail/ Calls or Face to Face discussiono Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of Vacant units, answer quires regarding services and amenities of the projectso Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projectso Collections till Agreement signing stage & collective supporto Providing assistance to client about the Home loans and co -ordinating with the Home loan team in getting the Home loan approvalso Generation of prospective clients and getting Referralso A strong team player with the ability to Motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills & comprehensive problem solving abilities
