This roleis critical in building and maintaining strong, long -lasting customerrelationships while identifying current market trends and consumer behaviors.Key Responsibilities:·       Develop and execute strategic sales plans toachieve company objectives.·       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships withkey customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.·       Analyze market trends and consumer behavior toidentify opportunities for growth.·       Set, monitor, and report on sales goals andperformance metrics.·       Lead the sales team through the entire salesprocess, from planning to closing.·       Collaborate with internal teams to align onbusiness strategies and initiatives.·       Travel as needed to meet clients and attendindustry events (minimum 20%). Requirements·       Minimum of 2 years of experience managing salesin a corporate environment.·       Proven track record of success throughout theentire sales cycle.·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, andorganizational skills.·       Strong leadership abilities with experience inmotivating and guiding teams.·       Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.·       Experience in the machining industry,specifically in Oil and Gas, with at least 3 years in Aerospace.
