Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager – Coffee Vending Machines, located in Bengaluru South. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role will also involve training and managing a sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in the coffee vending machine industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
