**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vending Machine Technician to join our expanding team. The primary responsibilities of this role include monitoring, servicing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting vending machine systems. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for updating, improving, and repairing faulty equipment. Collaboration with other professionals and providing valuable recommendations for enhancements are essential aspects of this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor and service vending machine systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Diagnose problems and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly and efficiently.

Run tests on vending machines to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.

Complete detailed reports documenting service activities, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

Update and enhance existing coffee vending machines to meet performance standards and customer expectations.

Repair or replace faulty equipment components to restore functionality and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and designers, to implement improvements and innovations.

Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades, maintenance schedules, and efficiency improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, spare parts, and service manuals.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.

Proven experience as a technician or similar role, preferably in vending machine maintenance or related field.

Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Physical fitness and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Familiarity with vending machine software and remote monitoring systems is advantageous.

**Experience: 0.6 to 3 years**

**CTC:15,000 to 25,000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
