Job Description Qualifications: - Completed Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical. Experience: - Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telecom, ATM maintenance, Appliances servicing, or other related fieldwork. Job Responsibilities: - Handle, maintain, monitor, install, and provide technical support for hardware, software, and communication links at vending machine locations. - Ensure smooth functioning of vending machines by performing preventive and periodic maintenance as per the checklist. - Carry out necessary repairs, including soldering of circuit boards when required. - Coordinate with backend technical teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Install vending machines at new sites as per deployment schedules and checklists. - Verify availability of all machine components at the location and report any missing parts. - Maintain accountability for spare parts until they are returned to City Leads. - Coordinate and follow up with external vendors for chiller or freezer-related issues. Mandatory Requirements: - Must have a 4G smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications. - Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License. - Willingness to travel 5060 km/day on the field. - Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends (with compensatory off during weekdays).
