Job Title: Field Partner Manager POS Machine Sales Department: Sales / Business Development ( Individual Contribution ) Location: Bangalore Reports to: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Partnerships Role Description This is a full-time on-site role of a Field Partner Manager for POS Machine Sales, where the candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in the same role, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing and building strategic partnerships with field partners, nurturing relationships, and driving POS machine sales. The Field Partner Manager will oversee accounts, communicate with stakeholders, and provide analytical insights to enhance business collaboration. The role also demands delivering effective communication and ensuring business objectives are met efficiently. The Field Partner Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and developing channel partners/agents to drive POS machine sales and deployment. This role focuses on field execution, partner performance, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, deep understanding of POS/fintech products, and experience managing distributed partner networks. Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, agents, and resellers for POS machine distribution. Educate partners on product portfolio, pricing, deployment processes, and sales targets. Ensure all partners comply with documentation and regulatory requirements (KYC, merchant verification, etc.). 2. Partner Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with active partners to ensure consistent sales performance. Conduct regular field visits to support partners, resolve issues, and drive motivation. Monitor partner performance and implement growth plans for underperforming partners. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and quarterly POS sales targets through partner networks. Support partners in merchant acquisition, lead conversion, and onboarding. Execute field campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to boost POS adoption. 4. Training & Enablement Conduct product training sessions for new and existing partners. Provide ongoing support on new features, pricing updates, and compliance requirements. Ensure high-quality merchant onboarding and first-time activation. 5. Operations & Field Execution Oversee POS delivery, installation, and activation through partners. Coordinate with operations/tech teams to resolve issues like device failures, replacements, or merchant support. Track partner inventory, stock availability, and reconciliation. 6. Reporting & Analytics Provide daily/weekly field reports on partner sales, funnel activities, and revenue. Analyze partner sales data and derive insights to optimize performance. Maintain accurate records of partner contracts, merchant lists, and deployment activity Qualifications - Strong skills in building Partnerships and fostering Strategic Partnerships - Experience in Account Management and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and drive informed decision-making - Results-driven mindset with a focus on sales and achieving targets - Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
