Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager in Bengaluru South. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts in pan-India, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong business relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Key Accounts skills
- Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and market conditions
- Business Planning skills to develop strategies for client engagement
- Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and address concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course.
- Sales experience in the engineering, design, or technology industry is a plus
