Key Accounts Manager
to build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and act as the strategic liaison for our premium accounts across Web, Mobile App, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software solutions.
This is a high-ownership role for professionals who thrive on client engagement, problem-solving, and delivering measurable business value.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow key client accounts with long-term relationship ownership
- Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction across all services
- Upsell and cross-sell AWT's digital solutions to increase account revenue
- Coordinate between clients, tech teams, and leadership for seamless execution
- Handle escalations, resolve issues quickly, and maintain service excellence
- Track account performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / B2B Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand web, app development & digital marketing solutions
- Proven track record of managing clients and driving revenue growth
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
