Job Summary:

SK-27 Gym & Wellness Club is a premium fitness ecosystem redefining wellness across Delhi NCR. Founded by Kritika Makker Kapoor, SK-27 blends structured strength training, functional movement, and personalized coaching within thoughtfully designed spaces. Each studio — in Vasant Vihar, GK-1, Hauz Khas, and Civil Lines — embodies our philosophy of discipline, design, and emotional connection, creating an environment where fitness meets mindfulness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, sales performance, and team coordination.
  • Ensure all studio processes, client experiences, and brand aesthetics meet SK-27 standards.
  • Manage team targets, memberships, and client relations.
  • Support studio heads in maintaining top-tier service quality and member engagement.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and performance metrics to drive studio profitability.
  • Coordinate between departments — training, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training with empathy and discipline.
  • Represent the brand in events, collaborations, and wellness initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or wellness management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for wellness, structure, and community-driven environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and operational management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple studio teams.
