About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Lead Generation Manager
to spearhead our lead acquisition strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leveraging
LinkedIn, email marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective
    lead generation strategies
    to achieve business targets.
  • Utilize
    LinkedIn
    for prospecting, outreach, and engagement with potential clients.
  • Plan and execute
    email marketing campaigns
    , including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and optimize
    Google Ads
    and
    Facebook Ads
    campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation activities with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance lead generation effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4–7years) in
    lead generation, digital marketing, or demand generation
    roles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
    , and
    email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    B2B lead generation
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CRM platforms.
  • Certification in
    Google Ads or Meta Ads
    will be an added advantage.
